Do you ever look at your family and think, “I’m so lucky”? It’s totally okay if they’re driving you crazy a few minutes later, by the way. During a session reveal, one of my favorite moments is when I hear mom say something along the lines of, “THAT’S my daughter.” Why does she say that? Because the image captures her daughter’s personality perfectly!
Another favorite moment is seeing mom’s reaction to photos of her with her children. I want to capture that perfect family portrait for you, but during a lifestyle family session, I want to capture all the loving in-between moments that you might not always get to see.

Captures Connection
During a family photography session, I focus on your family’s connection more than anything else. I want to capture your children hugging or kissing you. I want to snap the perfect photo of your partner looking lovingly at the family you’ve created together. I can do this through gentle, natural posing suggestions.
Present Over Perfect
We won’t do any stuffy posing and instead just relax and enjoy spending time together as a family. With that said, I offer gentle posing suggestions during the session. I may say something like, “Everyone, hug mom!” “Dad, wrap your arms around your girls.” It’s very go-with-the-flow and never forced. It really depends on the moment!
Moms in the Photos
This one is very important to me! Mom, I want you to be present in the photos. You might think you only want portraits of your children, but you can trust me! I’ll encourage you to play and love on your beautiful kiddos during the session. These might just be the images you love the most.
Celebrates Your Family
This session is a celebration of your family! My full-service photography experience means you don’t have to worry about anything, mama. You can just come as you are. My hair and makeup artist will pamper you. Your family’s outfits you selected during the session preplanning will be here waiting. Your whole family can just come and have some fun!
